So it doesn't appear that we have any plugs that will fit your center cap so the only way to replace it would be to get a new cover entirely. If you measure the pilot hole for the wheel I can look for a replacement that will fit. For example. the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug # LHCS102-SI60C fits a 3.19" pilot hole.
